I think we have finally reached the stage where a "Beatle" song would sound much better sung by someone else.
Time to give up, Paul. _________________ Ron |

For me, Paul McCartney can't do much wrong and I think I could listen to almost anything he does and enjoy it..
It's just an OK song like so many others of his of late, but I'd hate to see the day when he's no longer around. _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

I enjoyed it a lot! Macca's voice sounds 'thicker' than it used to, due to the aging process, but I think the song will be very popular, because everybody likes to come home to familiar things. It could become an anthem for those serving in the forces too! |

I think it's the ageing voice I can't get used to,, but you're right, it could grow and be huge (I thought Mull of Kintyre was awful the first time I heard it - still do, but millions of people disagreed) _________________ Ron |

Spooky.. I just trawled through dozens of emails ( which I don't check very often lately ) only to find Mrs SF has secretly booked two tickets to see Paul McCartney at the O2 in December! _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

That is up with the gods We are in 411 so not too far away from you. I have not been to the o2 before and have never seen Macca live before. To say I'm excited is putting it mildly.
Have you seen the price of the O2 car park It spurred me on to find an alternative (which I have) |
