Did anyone see Rod Stewart singing " The Same Old Song " on Strictly Come Dancing? Fantastic version...
He's sung a bunch a old Motown hits on his new album Soulbook. |

I think Richard Allinson played it yesterday on Paul O's show.

Yes, I saw him on SCD - we all wondered what is the point of him covering these songs? The originals are unsurpassable, certainly not by an old has been like Rod!

Obviously for money, but artistically it's a worthless album. Every track I've heard, the original is miles better.
