It's Michael Ball's last Sunday Brunch this Sunday (4th) and then he is off to play Sweeney Todd from the 24th September to 5th of November, at the Chichester Festival Theatre. Alongside amongst others Imelda Stauton as Mrs Lovett, John Bowe as Judge Turpin and Peter Polycarpou as Beadle Bamford. Looking forward to seeing this next month. _________________ Put some records on while I pour |

Yep me too - Oct 22nd! Really looking forward to seeing Imelda Staunton. Much as I love Michael Ball, it is still my dream to see Philip Quast play Sweeney - sadly, I think it might remain a dream! _________________ "I'm a firm believer in not having to play the hand you're dealt." |

You never know, you may get to see Philip Quast slash a few throats in Sweeney one day
I think Michael and Imelda will be a brilliant duo. Not huge fan of the Depp film, but absolutely love the score. Great cast all around for Chichester so should be a good production. _________________ Put some records on while I pour |
