Have been demoted to the Scottish 3rd div which is very hard on their supporters but I think it's the right thing to do.Question is where does this leave football up in Scotland?

Tough if it's hard on their supporters. They didn't mind supporting the team when they were doing well.
The club owes £134 million to the taxman and creditors. Serves them right. At least Division 3 will benefit, with increased attendances and interest.

Glasgow Rangers: in a league of their own.

Of course it's the right decision

When Chester got expelled from the Conference for financial problems they had to go right back to the bottom and start again but they've now had three consecutive promotions and could be back in the conference in two years time - a very rapid return given the circumstances

Whether the same will happen with Rangers will probably depend on how many half decent players they have managed to retain in all the recent upheaval - personally I hope they do get back to the Scottish Premier League but by effort not by some divine right - no club has that Smile

Rangers have announced to their fans that they won't be able to use goal line technology for their away games next season.

Apparently it doesn't work between 2 piles of jumpers.
