I have been thoroughly enjoying the current dramatised serial of David Copperfield on Radio4Extra. Although I know the story so well, re-read it a couple of years ago and visited Blundeston in Suffolk (where the fictional David spent his early years), I still find it gripping.
Also I am following The Old Curiosity Shop which I don't know quite so well.
Hard Times starts next week which I don't know at all.
Dickens overload? No! I can't get enough as I have always loved his books. |

Impossible to have Dickens overload, he was an absolutely brilliant writer.
Thanks for posting about this, I'll go and find it on Listen again.
After watching Great Expectations over Christmas I downloaded it for my Kindle, I'm really enjoying reading it again. I read it at school of course but that was more years ago than I care to remember. |
