Yes, very sad, though I knew he'd been ill for some time .
I know nothing about that particular era of the band. I have all the earlier (1967-70) stuff from Peter Green's band and of course most of their Buckingham/Nicks era output, but 1971-74 seems less well known. |

yes 1971-1974 is less well known in the history of fleetwood mac
a song bob wrote called hypnotized is well worth looking up on you tube |

Fleetwood Mac we're booked to play Plymouth Poly during that period but they didn't show up. They did make amends at a later date but they were - to say the least - bland. On the back of that I've never liked any post Peter Green line-up. |
