Ray Quinn has beaten his fellow X Factor contender Ben Mills to the top of the UK albums chart.
Quinn, who lost out to Leona Lewis in last year's TV talent show final, has gone straight to number one with his debut album Doing It My Way.
Take That are at second, followed by Picture of You by Mills, who finished third in X Factor.
Walk This Way, the Comic Relief single from Sugababes vs Girls Aloud, knocked Take That off the singles top spot. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

There's one show that needs to be longer than the one hour that it currently is. _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

Give it another 12 months and they'll both be serving burgers at McDonalds!
BTW there was an hilarious interview wih Ben on Hit40UK where he had a go at Ray for putting out an album with songs that had been covered many times already. As he was saying this they were playing a track from HIS album - a cover of Maggie May! |

Hey, great to see there are some good quality acts hitting the top of the charts - bands that have paid their dues in clubs, etc and have taken the tough road to the top but finally made it. (please read in a sarcastic, disgusted tone! _________________ Some say he once threw a microwave oven at a tramp and that all his potted plants are called 'Steve'.....all we know is, he's called 'The Stig!'. |
