I was sad to hear about the death of this artist today at the comparably young age of 67
Although I could never claim to be a fan of 'Yes' - the group he cofounded with Rick Wakeman - one of my favourite tracks is 'Run With The Fox' in which he played a big part - as regularly played by Ken Bruce around Christmas
I thought it was deserving of mention here and it's sad to see yet another musical hero pass on _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

Sad news indeed Ruddles.
Chris Squire along with John Entwhistle two of the greats of rock bass guitarists.
Although maybe not well known to the general public the tributes and comments from fellow guitarists around the world show the great esteem in which he was held

I was never a fan of Yes, though did like a few songs by them. Apparently Chris Squire was involved in every studio album that Yes recorded since their inception in 1968.
NB Ruddles, just for info', Rick Wakeman was not a co-founder of the band; he didn't join until 1971. |

Indeed on checking you are correct Schiz
Mind you when it comes to 'Yes' as I hinted at before I would never consider myself as anything other than an interested observer _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |
