Sunday evenings on Channel 4

Titles of books, songs etc very often attract me to them ..such is the case with this, which has been on my list to read for a while now...haven't got round to it so the next best thing is this adaptation of the book which I'm thoroughly enjoying despite not being too keen on the main character,Logan...perhaps he'll grow on me

Wonderful cast ...headed by Jim Broadbent ...and beautifully shot.....well done to Channel 4 for bringing this ambitious project to our screens.

Despite having an unsympathetic lead character I'm enjoying this drama ...Jim Broadbent is a fine actor....

It's very watchable isn't it Becky? Despite the annoyingly frequent ad breaks, we've really enjoyed it so far.

It is MiS....the writer obviously had no time for Edward and Mrs Simpson...what truly awful people they come across as...

I knew there were 4 parts to this but thought they had got them mixed up last night, with the ending...

I thought the same, could well have finished like that...interesting to see what they put in ep.4! Agree entirely about the Windsors, ghastly.

I loved the gentle flow of the last episode of this ...could have done without the revolutionary bit but it was quite funny in it's way....I had hoped Logan would write a blockbuster that would outdo anything Peter had done

And despite Wink myself I quite warmed to Logan in the end

Lovely performance from Jim Broadbent

I enjoyed it, and as you say, JB was excellent as always and I thought it was beautifully filmed.
