Glad someone heard it! Smile I got the shock of my life when Jeremy picked up the phone to take the pledge.

I asked for the Beatles so I'm guessing they aren't on his playlist today even though he said they should be on.

I know we moan about CIN at times but it's great just to get involved!

Ken played the Beatles just before 11.

Helen just heard Jeremy read out your e mail on the subject of the ridiculous Irish bailout
Totally agree with everything you said
I really think someone on the show must have a thing about you the number of times your emails are selected but well done anyway Very Happy

I'll just hitch a ride on Helen's thread to say how amused I was to hear the fuss about the advert dog being outside in the snow.. Laughing
I didn't hear much of the show today but as soon as Mrs SFF saw the ad she said it was "horrible" and predicted it would raise a few comments!

ps.. imo, no dog should be kept out overnight, especially in the snow.. even our woolly Newfie would be cold. Sad but that's just me...

It's just the luck of the draw Ruddles, I can think of several other names I hear sometimes several times a week either phoning in or having emails read out. Most of the producers I met on my 2 visits have moved on to other shows or left so no favouritism there I'm afraid.

As I said the last time I send in loads, but have been lucky of late!

I think Jeremy was surprised with the reaction as well! Was getting ready to go out so didn't catch all of it.

I could have commented on all the topics so far today! Luck again I think, but maybe the Ripper connection swung it?

Strangely enough I also had an e mail read out today on the subject of missing cat posters

I sent it in using my screen name and Jeremy or someone else on his team for some reason decided to call me Dave as they obviously don't like pseudonyms
I suppose they thought I was taking the pi--

I thought what's this Call Me Dave mullarkey I'm not the PM but at least I've now worked out that to stand any chance of having an e mail read out you need to send it in before the conversation about the relevant topic even begins

I don't think it makes much difference Ruddles, I've done both. It depends on what you say. I was having a go at one of the speakers today so that was just spur of the moment.

I don't think I heard yours as I was in and out of where the radio was at that time. Sad
