A man who was flimed kicking a puppy has been jailed for 8 weeks. He was flimed by a member of the public in a London park. He's also be disqualified from owning any animals for 5 years.

At first the sentence seems harsh but what the report doesn't say is he broke his parole, been in trouble before.

If you are convicted of a new felony, you can serve that new sentence with the time you still owe on parole tacked on to the back end, so he's serving what he didn't for the previous conviction.
