We are on O2. This past week, every time I've sent an email to any contact with a btinternet address, it hasn't been delivered. A 'delivery failure' notice citing 'time expired' is received four or five days after the event. O2 have said they are not aware of any problems and the other parties need to contact BT. Of course, the other parties are not having problems with any other emails getting through to them, so why should they?
Is anybody else having problems of this nature? _________________ Minx

I've just sent a message from my O2 account to my wife's BT account and it's OK, so it doesn't look like your problem is the result of an email server problem. |

Thanks for testing it Colin. It's an intermittent problem. Thursday I just couldn't get anything through to btinternet subscribers, then it cleared and then came back again last night and this morning.
It doesn't look as though its a universal problem though, if the response on here is anything to go by. _________________ Minx
