I'm driving up to North Yorkshire today. Will I be listening to R2? Nope!
I'm going to try and do the whole journey while streaming other more interesting radio stations from around the world to my iPhone using 3G.
Will I manage it? I doubt it, but I like a challenge! |

Helen - it was so patchy I got annoyed and gave up and plugged my iTrip into the phone to play out my iTunes music to the car stereo. Then my wife swapped it for her iPhone and I had to endure Take That from Leeds onwards. Marital bliss eh? |

I think forcing your spouse to listen to 'Take That' whilst confined in a car is definite grounds for divorce Colin _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

My sister was always playing Take That on the way to my elder sister's in Lancashire - that's why I started using an MP3 player during these journeys! _________________ We are loonies and we are proud!

I can believe that Colin. When we go up north we really struggle to find something to listen to on our way back, especially on a Saturday evening.

The problem is that 3G hasn't yet been invented up here! Thank heavens I've been able to tap into WiFi hotspots here and there, but on the whole data coverage is surprisingly poor. No chance of streaming any kind of radio or music when out 'n about!!! |
