An interesting programme. I don't think 'No No Song' ever had much airplay on Radio 1 when it first came out and I think it has a similar vibe to Harry Nilsson's songs of the period (e.g.'The Most Beautiful World In The World' and 'Take 54' from Son of Schmillson).

And Matt Everitt had some love for 'What Goes On' from Rubber Soul! 'Flying' from Magical Mystery Tour backed the interview.
