Enfield council have applied to the Government for a bye law for people to be fined to stop spitting on pavements and roads. Litter patrols have been in operation and has been enforced very well.

General public will be fined £80 if caught, but can challenge it if they have a medical problem why they need to spit, and won't be fined if caught spitting in a bin or a gutter.

Well for a start lets talk to footballers cricketers and rugby players who seem to do it all the time.Must admit though it's disgusting it's not high on my agenda
