Remploy - which provides work for people with disabilities - is planning to close 36 of its 54 factories, putting more than 1,700 jobs at risk.

This is shocking news. Obviously cutting back and keeping the money to be used on other projects for those with disabilities. Will some join the unemployment market after they have lost out all because of Government welfare reforms.

Sadly the present Government seems to be targetting many of the disabled in the quest to save money both in terms of taking away their jobs and making it much harder for them to claim benefits to which they are clearly entitled in many cases

I voted for this Government but certainly not for this kind of policy which in a so called civilised society I find very petty and completely immoral Sad

Keeping a low profile because this (and other cost-cutting measures that this government is now pursuing) was very much on the agenda when he was a member of the previous government.

After more than 10 years in opposition, it seems this shower have learned absolutely nothing. It was Shamerons friends in the banking industry that caused this recession, not ordinary working folk, but who is he and his cronies on multi-millionaire's row targetting? Not the guilty bankers, but us and other needy folk who didn't cause the current mess. Time to do this I think: http://www.pictogame.com/en/play/game/YrzKQDdHkr7w_dangerous-dave
And this to the bloke that installed him there: http://www.pictogame.com/en/play/game/cDrONlI2y7Zp_the-devil-s-new-mate
