Alex asked this morning- have you ever lied on your CV?
Well! Have you?!
I've never written a proper CV, I've worked only for two organisations my whole life ( had a zillion jobs within them though) The first one started with a coupon from the press at age 16( I thought ooh that looks good), and the second one- fifteen years later: they invited me- so no CV required. And now, I just do bits and bobs when the fancy takes me. I did have a job interview once but I wasn't able to answer any of their silly questions- and when I asked them: why are you asking me all these questions , they said, you need to know the answers to do the job- so I said - well: it appears then, that I'm not your girl. |

I've always fluffed-up some of the detail, such such as responsibilities, experience, job titles, salary, etc. That's called "creative writing" and that has to be a plus! |

No. I've made myself sound as suitable as possible for whatever job I was going for ... but lie? Never. |
