"It's All News To Me" - an autobiography, unusually published while still at Radio 2. Looks to be quite interesting, especially the story of going to watch a Jimmy Young live show while in disguise so the audience didn't give him grief!
The proper launch is tonight, and I feel oddly reassured that fellow R2 DJs Simon Mayo and Ken Bruce (at least) are there for it. |

Where is it being launched?
I already knew that story about how he saw Jimmy Young and other bits that were in the DM's serialisation. Not sure if I'll buy it.

Don't know - just seen Simon Mayo tweet about it (and Jeremy express disappointment that Tony Blackburn can't make it)

But you're his uberfan! If you don't buy it... who will? I had no idea it was serialised in the Daily Mail - heard the JY story on 5Live the other day. |

LOL Ian!
Think it was over the Jubilee weekend, 3 installments.
It was years ago that I read the JY story and the J Paxman 'mini me'.
Wouldn't mind getting a signed copy but I've a nice message in my autograph book from when I went to the studio.
I don't suppose there are any book signings round our way though.

It's a pity the book wasn't launched a month ago Helen because then you might have got a copy signed in Colwyn Bay - not too far away but now I suspect you're probably right although you could try sending a copy to Radio 2
Isn't Jeremy doing another of those silly torch things somewhere in Leicestershire later this month?
If you're really desperate you could try taking a copy of the book there _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

I'm not that desperate but it would be nice!
Heard him mention something about Melton Mowbray today but don't fancy that!

From what I can tell he's doing book signings in Waterstones in London and Reading. Handy. |

Yes, but it's handy for him
As I believe it, the more book signings that are done the more the publishers expect the book to tank so I guess they have faith in Jeremy. |
