My advice would be to try to look beyond the immediate situation which I can entirely understand because depression I know is a very serious and debilitating condition
Tomorrow is another day and anything could happen - nobody knows - it could be bad but equally it could change someone's life for the better
There is a saying along the lines 'Where there's life there's hope' and whenever I've been depressed - and believe me there have been many times in my life when that has been the case - I always think of those wise words and it really does help _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

Hang in there littlepieces!
It's not the easiest of times just now and even everyday things seem to be getting an awful lot of people down, so I can imagine it being much worse for you, so take care.

Hello littlepieces. Pleased to see you didn't delete your post as you thought you might and that you felt OK about sharing your feelings with us - your cyber friends (is that the correct term?) I see that you wrote it in the early hours, which seems to be when we feel worst about particular aspects of our lives. I hope things improve for you.
It's a beautiful sunny day here in Hampshire and the wind has dropped thank goodness. On Friday night it blew down the beer tent at a local festival and yesterday evening the hog roast tent was decidedly wonky .
Keep in touch. |
