As part of the "feel good" factor after the London Olympics and the success of Samantha Murray in achieving silver, I feel compelled to devise something for myself. Walking, cycling and swimming are all feasible but ... what else?
OH suggested dusting, hoovering or windowcleaning . |

Belly dancing!
I took it up at the age of 52 and can't recommend it highly enough for keeping fit and generally having fun. |
