I've been watching this forum all day today and am totally amazed that nobody has bothered to congratulate the European golfers on a fantastic win over the USA in the Ryder Cup last night
I like golf and even play occasionally - very occasionally - - but I haven't had the time to watch golf on TV for a while and last night I thought I must make the effort to see the final outcome despite the fact that the position after the second day looked fairly hopeless for Europe
What a turn around - in all the years I have watched golf I don't think I've ever seen anything like what happened yesterday evening - and as I walked past my neighbours window who profess to hating golf I was amused to see them both glued to the television
In post championship interviews the European golfers reckon they were inspired to do it for Seve and as someone who firmly believes in the influence of the spirit world I reckon he had quite a lot to do with it _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

Yes, I'm not a huge fan of golf but this was genuinely exciting. The Radio 5 Live coverage was excellent and really drew me in. |

I'm not either and it was very well done.
Am very busy just now so, not spending much time at the PC.

It was a fantastic victory and I would have stayed up for the final couple of hours on TV but I had to be up by 5am next morning . |
