What was Philip Schofield thinking David Cameron going to do name them live on air. I don't think so. He's very arrogant and is accusing these names he held up which he found scrolling the Internet. He had to back track quickly - or there could end up being a big court case. Schofield has had things written about him on the internet before and should have known better.

Really I think I have to disagree

I think we need more people like Phillip Schofield who actually put the rights of victims of child sexual abuse before the risk of upsetting high profile politicians who specialise in covering up facts when it doesn't suit them

However I do think it was very naive of Schofield to allow a camera to pan in on the list even for a few seconds - perhaps he did it deliberately but if so he's handed the possible criminals a technical legal defence of prejudice which is rather silly - a real case of shooting himself in the foot Smile

Oh -by the way wasn't Arrogrant the former manager of Chelsea and later West Ham Laughing

The problem with this particular issue is that the aggrieved person never named any particular offender

It was entirely down to internet speculation that his name was put in the frame

That for me entirely sums up all that is wrong with this country today

People are constantly looking for scapegoats ( and I have been there and got the Tee Smile )Shirt but we live in a very corrupt society - probably a lot worse than places like Thailand - at least in places like that corruption is completely open - but in this country we have secret organisations like the Freemasons - and they look after their own and can seriously devaste the lives of individuals Mad

Exactly John - if you are forced to keep silent for so many years about such a serious issue then when you finally do get the chance to have your say then it's essential that you get your facts right - by accusing an entirely innocent person then you simply undermine your own credibility - and you let the real guilty parties completely off the hook Sad

This is what's happening at " This Morning " Philip Schofield is trying to be two people a Serious Newscaster and Entertainer. It's not working. Look what happened with Jimmy Savile scandal everyone spouting off first to the media without speaking to the authorities first, and opened up a can of worms.
