London's congestion charge zone roughly doubled in size at 0700 GMT today with a westward expansion coming into force.
The £8-a-day road toll scheme now takes in most of Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea in west London.
Do you think it's about time all towns have congestion charge in place which may stop cars and trucks going through them? I also think a Park & Ride System is very effective which operates in a lot of city centres now? |

I'm sick of hearing about it non stop on all the shows. If Londoners hate the capital so much, why are they so reluctant to move out of it? The BBC move to Manchester is not exactly popular with staff. They would rather stay in London & moan on air about how terrible the city is. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

So we get to hear about it for 2 weeks instead of just one. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |
