It's a court case for a man as around 50 women have so far been sterilised after being through the courts. It shows the parents are taken due care. I'm sure they knew about the media presence regarding this.

Mark seems to be saying that 50 women have been sterilised in the courts.
That really is an abuse of the judicial process!
