If you're a Uni Challenge fan you may want to watch or set recorders for the Christmas Special featuring now well known former students.
Part 1 of 10 is on tonight at 7.30 BBC2

Rory McGrath is a clever chap.
I'm enjoying this series, it's a bit more light-hearted & the questions must be easier than the regular version as I know more answers. |

Watched the Rory McGrath one and tonight's and enjoyed them both, he is clever.
Have the recorder set so will see the 2nd on when I've got a spare 30 mins!

| I recorded (in the technical sense - not asking the questions) an interview with Bamber Gasgoine at the British Library about 10 years ago just after he'd spoken at a Family and Community History conference. He was a really, really charming bloke just like the person who used to present University Challenge. |

I watched a few and enjoyed them too.
I wish they'd do a program called "Technical College Challenge" which had exactly the same format but with easier questions.
I'm lucky if I get 3 right in the non celebrity version!!! |
