I get the impression, after watching Have I Got News For You last night, that,as with Boris Johnson, people (and Ian Hislop did his very best) can sling whatever they like at Nigel Farage and he will still be popular with a lot of the British public.
Thought Stephen Mangan was very good in the chair last night.

I agree. As with Boris, I support hardly any of Mr. Farage's policies but he's a good performer! And I'd rather spend a couple of hours over a few beers in the pub with both Boris and Nigel than the likes of Cameron or (even worse) Osborne! |

If that's true then you're more naive than I thought Colin _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

It's just a question of whose company I'd prefer to keep whilst in the pub. With Cameron and Osborne I'd just get angry with the Eton boys, whereas at least with Milliband and BAlls I could have a conversation about why the Labour Party has adopted Tory policies since Blair became party leader. With Clegg I'd be interested to know why his party reneged on election commitments - and also what his plans for an early political retirement are post-2015. |

I think Osborne went to St Pauls public school, not Eton, so Cameron probably regards him as a common little oik! |

Ah that's OK then. He'll be good for the next pub crawl! |

Well there are excellent real ale pubs all over his Tatton constituency - me and my cplleagues twice a year take over one close to Tatton Park on the Saturday night of the Tatton Classic car show - George - or Gideon as he is known locally George being his middle name - has been known to put in an appearance so next time he's there we'll try to persuade him to join us
After all the more he drinks the more he'll be helping himself to reduce the deficit _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |
