Soul Legend Bobby Womack who created some of the best soulful songs for others and himself has died. He was 70

I watched some coverage of Glastonbury last year where he was performing and looked very well

Frightening to hear that he's dead a year later

I never knew that he wrote the first number one for the Rolling Stones all those years ago Embarassed

A sad loss.

On http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-28071906 it says
"He was friends with Ronnie Wood, who had a hit with one of the soul singer's songs with The Rolling Stones"

Was 'Its all over now' ?, that was in 1964 when Ronnie wasn't in the Rolling Stones.

I think is certainly was nod but there's nothing new about the media getting such basic things wrong Rolling Eyes
