I thought he must be on holiday as Sara Cox was standing in for CE today. |

Apparently there is a God as the throat bug has returned so Sara couldn't say whether she would be there tomorrow but it would certainly be worthwhile checking - I certainly will
Good show today as I would expect _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

Sara did present the Radio One Breakfast show. Chris hasn't had a good time recently being off the other week. I suppose his voice is his job. Like my legs and arms is mine. |

If he shouted rather less his voice might be in slightly better condition
Thank goodness we've got a decent breakfast show for at least a couple of days
I think Richard took the wrong week off but Sara will do for me and I imagine Richard's absence was planned months in advance _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

I wonder if Sara is on the cover list? Both can't go away at the same time. |

Is Ms Ball now out of favour or did CE's throat come on suddenly so Sara was the nearest option ? |

Zoe Ball lives in Brighton and possibly busy with other things. Best option is to keep with the same person as they live closer to the station. I thought Mark Goodier was also on the cover list? The soreness continues Wednesday too. |

I listened to a bit of Sam and Amy and I was disappointed; the commercial radio vibe runs deep in them. I know commercial stations want you to repeat the station's identity frequently, but hearing "Sam and Amy with you on Radio 2" in every link was a bit much.
But I agree with the sentiment that it's good to see radio talent being tried out rather than just grabbing the nearest TV face with a half-decent voice.
