If Bob Shennan is insistent on using celebrities and comedians to stand In for regular presenters then can I ask this question....?
Surely, a comedian by definition, means an ability to come up with current and original material?
If so, why does Patrick Kielty continue to refer to Michael Bublé as Mickey Bubble? I thought of that one about 5 years ago so it's actually my idea and my joke.
I'm also so fed up of hearing what the listeners have been posting on "The Tweet Machine" and learning that "the producer is looking through the glass" that I really do have to switch off completely whenever I hear that PK is back on R2. If ever you think Steve Wright is poor and past it then PK passed his sell by date a long long time ago. |

The fact is they're both well past their best - although Kielty was never any good just simply plain irritating
I much prefer Richard Allinson Jo Whiley Chris Tarrant or probably most other regular R2 presenters
The whole of weekday afternoons needs a very belated makeover _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

As I said before " They can't always get someone to be sound better than the current one - so they employ someone who ignores the hell out of some of the listeners" I do wish they stop using him for certain shows. He's not to bad covering for Graham Norton and wasn't bad covering for Alan Carr when he was on the station. |
