I can't Becky but a friend of ours said he had his first on Nov 6th! He said ours is usually his first (not until early December though!) but I'd lost out this year.

Well in a way I can beat it because I received a Christmas Card on 5th January this year - posted after last New Year - slightly embarrasing for the person who sent it _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

I think that makes you the hands down winner, ruddles but only if you put that card this year.
November the 6th,Helen!! I have one friend whose card always comes through the letterbox December the 1st on the dot. I saw her a few weeks ago in town and she had just bought all her wrapping paper!
(Must admit though I bought my cards last January and that reminds me I'll have to be looking up the last dates for sending abroad) |

They had to turn off the Christmas music in my local branch of Sainsburys after they received more than 200 complaints - victory for sensible customer power I say _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

Yes I agree Becky! Christmas decorations seem to be getting put up everywhere I go. About a month ago a cut out Santa appeared as part of the decorations in a local village. After many complaints he has now been wrapped up and hidden from view! _________________ Pirate Johnnie Walker played my request on 11 April 2009 |

Good for all those that have complained and been successful in the circumstances described.
For goodness sakes Christmas is at the end of December not the beginning of November! |
