Firstly, I hope that I have put this in the right place. Secondly, in a particularly 'nerdy' moment, I noticed that this year (2014) was the same calendar as 2003, and even 1997. I'll try and 'get out more' next year! Well anyway, if I remember rightly, I was hoping to find something about 2003's Children In Need, photos etc, but it seems that such things have been wiped. That's how I came across this link, hence the specific date on it. All it told me was that, despite 2014 following the same calendar as 2003, CIN was a week later in 2003. Now the real point of this post. If you've ever wondered when your favourite presenters were on, or what was on on certain memorable times in your life, then this might be a goldmine. Either way it certainly could be addictive. Despite the specific date in the address (for reasons I've explained above) You can search the site for specific days, months, years, other stations & even TV. Hope you enjoy: http://genome.ch.bbc.co.uk/schedules/radio2/2003-11-20#at-19.00

Thanks for that,LEE...it's a great website to have a wander through....I was a Radio 1 girl for many years so it's interesting, for me, to see what was on Radio 2, years back, whilst I was listening to that. Smile

I've been meaning to have a look at that site LEE but it will be something for after the festivities now. It sounds interesting.

Seems the above link is, at present dead. Does anyone know if this is permanent, or is the site likely to be brought back?
