Anyone watch this on New Year's Day? I thought it was quite magical and one of the most enjoyable TV offerings over the Christmas/New Year period, alongside That Day We Sang, the two John Wilson concerts and the repeat of Quartet.

I watched and enjoyed it too.

What a lovely pairing Dame Judi and Dustin H were and what wonderful actors they both are.The scene where they were dancing together was just a delight to watch.Smile

The songs by Louis Armstrong added to the enjoyment for me ..love them....just perfect for the film.

I watched Quartet again (hadn't meant to as I was recording it but it started and I just couldn't turn it off Very Happy ) and enjoyed it just as much as the first time.
