When I see players acting like this I don't know whether to laugh or cry. It's so fraudulent it's almost funny but at the same time it undermines peoples' trust in the game.
Admittedly he was fouled first (although he grossly overreacted) but the follow up salmon leap was pathetic. Players who cheat like this should be sent off.

At least he accepted the award with humour though.

European football is simply a waste of space for true football fans in this country and the Premier League is heading in exactly the same way Sad

We need to get away from this money obsessed agenda and get back to proper football as represented by masses of lower league clubs in Britain who entertain fans every week for very little reward

I don't really give a s--t whether Renaldo wins or Messi or any other foreign 'prima donna' - why is it of any interest to us in Britain Rolling Eyes

To be fair, Messi, despite being fouled regularly, seldom dives or cheats.

Diving in British games does seem to be a foreign import though.
