Not sure if anyone can help but I think I need to uninstall and re install Internet Explorer 11 to prevent freezing on some websites (most of which I've used many times previously with no problems) and which work okay in Firefox which I use occasionally use.
Question is will I lose my Desktop shortcuts and Favorites by doing this?
We used to use a PC firm everynow and then if we had problems but they have recently gone over to web design only and haven't found someone else who I can ask. The very helpful Computer Active Forum ceased a while back as well so I feel a bit stuck.
Any help appreciated!
