What a cracking few days cricket we've had!
Times have been rather dire, cricket wise, just lately so time to rejoice when we get test matches like this one.... credit to both teams but especially to England! |

If every member of the England team decides to turn up and play well on the same day, then things could be very interesting against the Aussies! |

Meanwhile this is what the English captain said,in the wake of this latest loss, about the upcoming Ashes series...
England captain Alastair Cook says he has seen enough potential in his side to believe they can regain the Ashes against Australia this summer.
Well he would say that, wouldn't he?
In Cook's defence it must be said that he contributed well, overall,to this mini-series whilst others not so well.
I do wish there had been more tests in this particular series ...I would like to have seen more of this very entertaining Black Caps side, in a five day setting.
