....brilliant Leicester.
What a joy they've been to watch this season.
Huge congratulations to the 'Tinkerman' and his team.

Indeed - I'm sure all true football fans would echo that sentiment Becky
When I used to live in Leicester between 1973 and 1977 I regularly used to go along to Filbert Street on Saturday afternoons to watch the likes of Mark Wallington,Keith Weller and that great character Frank Worthington strutting their stuff but never in a million years would I have thought that what happened last night would ever come about
When Nottingham Forest got promoted after finishing third in the old Division 2 in the late seventies they went on to win the title just like Leicester and they then went on to win the first of their European Cups the following season - so there's absolutely no reason at all why things can't get even better for Leicester _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

It's nice to see an 'unfashionable' club win the title, as opposed to the ridiculously rich clubs like Chelsea and Man City.
But when you think of the amazing run of victories that Leicester enjoyed at the end of last season, winning 7 out of 8 or something, to avoid relegation, perhaps the success is not that surprising. |

And, at the same time, Mark Selby, "The Jester from Leicester", won the Snooker World Championship . |
