If this man's first move is to abandon live overnight broadcasting, I wonder if he'll earn the nick-name 'Carnage'! _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

Carnage it is, then.
I noticed this person was in charge last week, when following the links on the latest cullings. I thought I must have been the only one who didn't know.
Management. Surely a misnomer, when it comes to the BBC and other high profile establishments...particularly anywhere Adam Crozier or the like are employed. The rot set in, when Lesley Douglas was wielding the axe.
But I digress. It's our BBC, after all. _________________ life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans |

I remember reading about it at the time, probably in Paul Donovan's radio column in the Sunday Times, but then forgot all about it. Seems he's got no more idea of how to run a station than his predecessor had..........

Surely we must welcome ANY change to R2 management on the basis that things really, genuinely, could not be worse? (could they?)
I've had pets that could do a better job. |

The latest destroyer of Radio 2, Lewis Carnie, was interviewed on Radio 4's Feedback this week. I found him very annoying. Why are we, the listeners, always wrong and these management bods always right? _________________ Pirate Johnnie Walker played my request on 11 April 2009 |

Yes, I found much of what he said to be nonsense. |
