Apparently they have a pick from six backing singers who were hidden away from the auidence.

MYMU always has unseen backing singers - I mean, were those girls really singing on DJ Daz's song last year? Everyone usually sings live on the proper show though.

Well you want your face shown on TV if you were involved with
Eurovision?

Nice overlong URL there, Mark, that forces the pagewidth definition. Couldn't you have used BBCode to create a proper link?

They did sing live - if you had a good ear you could hear that. However you could also hear that one of the girls on stage did almost no singing, and that there were additional vocals.

It was definitely the right choice of song, and could well prove popular. I susepct it might have been more politic to use a european flag rather than a Union Flag though.

Hawkins lost the contest due to having a truly dreadful song. The concept was good but the song was badly written and poorly constructed. It failed to take into account the strengths of both singers and just sounded like a racket.

Big Bruvvas I can understand. I though the final choice should have been between them and scooch. Brian Harvey looked (and sounded) dreadful and Cydni's song was just tosh.
