I've just heard a bit of her on my '25 years of Radio 1' tape. _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

Well, we wouldn't have had to endure Steve Wrights endless twaddle for a start _________________ He's not the Messiah- he's a very naughty boy! |

I know she's re-invented herself but I'm still surprised that R1 haven't peddled her yet, considering she's three times as old as the station's target audience.
I still remember listening to her Request Show from circa-1982 onwards - now that would be something I'd listen to if it was brought across to R2: back then she was almost a female version of Bob Harris, introducing me to lots of new artists. _________________ Author: “To the Ends of the Earth: A Snapshot of Aviation in North-Eastern Siberia, Summer 1992”
