Is it a little strange. Richard Allinson is currently on a 2 week break/holiday from BFBS Radio 2.

However on Good Friday and Easter Monday Richard is scheduled to cover for Terry Wogan presenting the breakfast show.

I do hope Richard will be broadcasting live this coming Friday and Monday.

I believe Richard is due to present Allinsons Albums on BBC Radio Oxford this coming Saturday 7/4 as well-it just strikes me as strange to work part of your holiday-I wonder what's going on.

So where do you reckon he is? Maybe BFBS sent him abroad to an army base?

Maybe the poor bloke is having a break, but was contracted to supply cover for the Easter slots anyway.

Because he's on holiday doesn't mean he's flying anywhere. He needs to spend sometime with his boys and missus.

Who mentioned flying away anywhere? I sometimes take a week off and just stay at home - it's the break that counts.

I certainly won't be having a lie in.

Will set the alarm early to ensure I get up to hear the best dj/presenter on the planet. Ditto for Easter Monday as well-think Richard starts at 7am on this day.

Bring it on Richard Allinson.

Not in my world Ernie.

Richard is the best dj for me anywhere-that includes the whole universe for the avoidance of doubt.

I am already suffering withdrawal symptons as Richard is not on BFBS this week or next. My day is just not the same.
