The easy solution is not to use them and use your own instead (which you can now do in many UK hospitals, much to the annoyance of fellow patients).

It looks to me that their business doesn't fly, they have spent £160 million and haven't made a penny Shocked , do you think they will last much longer, particularly if you can use your mobile ?

Even the TV is a rip-off, you pay about £5 for 24hrs and when you start it it runs continuously, so unless you stay awake for 24hours you'll never make use of it. Crying or Very sad

I'd have thought that being able to talk to loved ones on the phone was part of the psychological aspect of recovery.
