I think Chris Evans would be much better off on the 2-5pm slot! |

I don't really get chance to listen to the radio at that time during the week.
I caught most of the Children in need show and enjoyed it. Not the same as listening everynight I know, so with that I'll shut up now |

I heard Chris Evans chatting to Lesley Garrett earlier. I had to switch it off! She's as bad as Elaine Paige! |

As bad "at what" exactly? Singing? Lesley Garratt is a superb singer. I've met her at charity gigs a couple of times and she's a really lovely woman, and very funny too.

Ella,
Scott does not understand the 'darling' culture in the theatre world. I can just imagine him having a Borat-Ali-G type conversation with Sir Richard Attenborough
In fact Scott doesn't understand many things. A normal person would think, "don't understand her, ignore", but Scotty has a massive chip on his shoulder, so anything posher than Alan Titchmarsh is bad I guess and he just has to tell us.
Isn't that right Scotty

OK--the dumb girl from the USA is asking--who's Lesley Garrett? ---Anyway--I like listening to Chris Evans--don't really like looking at him. That makes him perfect for radio! I really love his Out Fox The Fox theme song---ok everybody sing---

Lesley Garrett - Soprano, Singer of both opera and popular music. One of the most unpretentious people there is. Has a string of hit CDs and - even better - comes from Yorkshire. _________________ Geddon

She sounds like that mad lass who was married to Reg Holdsworth in Corrie. |

Johnny Vegas is the equivalent to Foghorn Leghorn. |

Actually No. Foghorn [wasnt he the best character ever to come out of Mel Blanc's genius) was famous for his booming Fred Elliott style voice. Vegas is the exact opposite. He mumbles & is very indistict. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

Fred Elliott was Foghorn Leghorn. Johnny Vegas is just a fat, loud mouthed numpty. |
