Mickey Mouse lookalike who preached Islamic domination on a Hamas- affiliated children's television program was beaten to death in the show's final episode Friday.
In the final skit, "Farfour" was killed by an actor posing as an Israeli official trying to buy Farfour's land. At one point, the mouse called the Israeli a "terrorist."
"Farfour was martyred while defending his land," said Sara, the teen presenter. He was killed "by the killers of children," she added.
The weekly show, featuring a giant black-and-white rodent with a high- pitched voice, had attracted worldwide attention because the character urged Palestinian children to fight Israel. It was broadcast on Hamas- affiliated Al Aqsa TV.

This is the most depressing story I have read in a long time. No wonder things dont improve in the world if children are taught to hate at such an early age. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

Yet the education system in Northern Ireland has for decades separated children, and encouraged rivalry and hate between 'Catholics' and 'Protestants', nobody really cared but just let them get on with it - until the atrocities in the streets became too terrible to tolerate on TV. |

School segregation in Northern Ireland is largely at the insistence of the RC church. Broadly speaking Protestants go to state schools (comp's, grammars, etc) while Catholics go to church schools which are funded by the state but controlled by the Church. Religion is taught as a subject in state schools but as a creed in catholic schools.
In this respect the RC authorities are very anti-integration and have tried their best to scupper mixed schools. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |
