Apparenly a new test is being brought in to check for people driving while under the influence of drugs. They will be required to stand on one leg & touch their nose. I kid you not!
A test for drivers under the influence of drugs is long overdue, but will this stand up (pardon the pun) in court?

Isn't that what the American cops do for drivers they suspect are DUI?
