Ex-minister Jonathan Aitken, who was jailed for perjury, will lead a prison reform study for the Conservative party.

He's not returning as a MP. Also quoted saying ' I'm not returning to increase my ego' How will the party be paying him in fags? |

He said in a BBC interview he's heading a committee with others who have been in prison. He's not using this as a ladder to be an MP.
