I went to see Beowulf yesterday. I didn't want to go but I was forced into it with the promise of a chinese buffet afterwards. Razz

It's a great film in case anybody is wondering, and I didn't realise it's in 3d Shocked
These new generation 3D films are really something aren't they? well, compared to the old red & green specs versions! Laughing and again, I'm so impressed with the graphics!

Just thought I'd mention it.... well recommended.

Hi Santa,

I saw it this evening at the IMAX in Manchester and it is indeed very impressive - not sure how good it'd be without the 3-D effect though!

I wondered that too, say when they bring it out on DVD or even on the TV, I don't suppose they will be in 3D?.
I have to admit to liking these new style fantasy/cartoon movies! in fact I'm looking forward to seeing "Golden Compass" when it comes out too.

With these superb 3D effects, I'd love to see a good science fiction film, say Alien/Predator or Star Trek. They'd be really something! Very Happy

Yeah, I came way also wishing for a Sci-Fi film in 3-D. There's loads out in 2009 (maybe even Star Wars) so we'll have to hang on until then.
