Was listening to Roger Day on Friday evening on BBC Local across the South East' whilst travelling up to Southport. I have listened to him a few times before. He said "he would be playing Tom Baxter - Better, and wouldn't let those pheasants at Radio 2 only play the song". He made he giggle with that remark.
One thing I say " I reckon Roger would be good on Radio 2"? |

Roger "Twiggy" Day? as on Caroline?? ( on 199 )
I thought he was dead! I'll have to tune in to hear him.
I know Radio 2 has a couple of Turkeys but I didn't know there are Pheasants too! _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

BBC Local Friday requests, 7-9pm. I think he does the same time during the week? BBC Oxford etc... |

I remember listening to Roger Day back in the seventies on Piccadilly Radio 261 (medium flavour), he was good back then. |
