Celador Productions has lined up Paul Merton and Ed Byrne to front comedy shows for BBC Radio 2.

Merton will read Spike Milligan's war memoirs Adolf Hitler: My Part In His Downfall over 6 x 15 minute episodes, while Byrne is presenting a stand-up and sketch show, Byrne In Hell, a 30-minute pilot in which he lets off steam about all the things that annoy him.

Presumably Merton will be in the Friday night book slot & Ed Byrne on the Comedy Hour.
