Today's Telegraph reports that the hotel chain Travelodge surveyed 3500 adults on good and bad nights' sleep and found that Sunday night sees the worst night's sleep of the week whilst Friday is the best night.

Never in all the world!

Ian.

I'm not so sure. I would have picked Saturday as the best and often Thursday or Friday as the worst.

I don't get this at all... if they only asked Travelodge customers, it's a little pointless isn't it? I'd imagine most of their trade is weekend stays although Mrs Santa says it would be weekdays, so how can they determine a pattern.
Unless the customers were referring to their sleeping patterns at home of course.
I don't think I could name any particular night I sleep better than others anyway... Razz

Nah, it's spot on for me: Friday and Saturday best, Sunday worst.

Except for that time I stayed in a Travelodge, when every night was terrible...

That much I agree with! Wink

I suppose it depends on whether your sleep is influenced more by whatn has happened during the day or by what you expect from the following day.
