If Chris Evans is axed over todays drugs revelations should Simon Mayo take over.I t would be nice to hear Simon do a daily music based show again for the first time since he quit Radio One and it look slike thats what he may want to do as hes sitting in for Chris and Ken Bruce over the next 2 weeks. What do you thnk-will you welcome the new Simon Mayo Drivetime show,if it happens?

Sadly Evans is going nowhere-more's the pity-Simon Mayo would be good as the full Drivetime presenter imho.

I am convinced that Simon is being groomed to take over one of the top weekday slots-maybe even Wogans eventual replacement,or could he take over from Jeremy Vine with a current affair stype show like the one he does on radio 5 Live?

I don't think Jeremy Vine is being replaced any time soon. Terry might be retiring next year but then again he might just sign another contract, knowing Dame Lesley she would probably put Jade Goody on drivetime.

Mark you are confusing the hell out of us. You want Simon to replace Chris, then to replace Jeremy and then Richard Allinson to be replace Chris!!
